Weekly Update & Cramathon TBR | June 29-July 5

Good morning everyone. It’s been a while (LOL. No it hasn’t). Anyway, I hope you all are doing well and are excited for this week’s weekly update. Except for the fact there isn’t much to update you on!

This is mostly going to be my Cramathon TBR. The only book I “finished” this week was actually a DNF, unfortunately.

Anyway, let’s just get right into it.

So, let’s just get my wrap up out of the way. I DNFed Ink by Alice Broadway.

Now, let me be clear. This book wasn’t bad. But it also didn’t interest me much either. The concept was wonderful. I loved the idea of having one’s life tattooed on their body. Except everything outside of that just fell really flat for me. When this big plot twist came up, I realized that I just didn’t care so I ended up putting it down.

I’m not going to force myself to read a book that I’m not into.

But, that being said, I also watched Hamilton and LOVED it. And to make up for the lack of books read, here are some pictures I took on Animal Crossing.

I’ve been trying to take more pictures on Animal Crossing because I realized that going back and looking at them was a lot of fun. I’ll keep sharing some of the ones that I take in my weekly updates.

Alright, so let’s get into my plans for this week! I’m just going to share the graphic for Cramathon to show what books I’m reading for that.

Other than those books, I also plan on finishing up Maybe This Time by Kasie West. I’m making progress in other books, but those aren’t going to be my focuses for this week.

As for movies and TV shows, I want to watch Just Mercy before my rental of it is up. And K-dramas are really the only show that I want to watch. I started Feel Good on Netflix, but I don’t know if I’ll be making progress in that this week.

I would like to finish watching Secret Romance, catch up on It’s Okay to Not Be Okay, and watch more of My First First Love. Then if I have any time left in the week, I’ll probably start on Put Your Head on My Shoulder. Netflix has been hardcore recommending that to me so it’s definitely one that I’d like to watch soon. It’s a Chinese drama, though, not a Korean one, just so you all know.

But that’s really it. I’m not planning too much for the weekend, though. Sunday is my son’s 5th birthday so I’m going to be spending the weekend celebrating that with him. We’re all very excited. I want to give him one of his gifts right now, but I’m trying so hard to hold out! I may just give in, though.

Thank you all so much for joining me! I hope you all have a wonderful day and wonderful week. I’ll see you all in the next one.
