Good morning everyone! Today I’m coming to you with a Fiction Friday and that means it’s time for a double book review! All reviews are spoiler-free.
Today’s books are: Always the Bridesmaid by Cindi Madsen and Wrong Bed, Right Brother by Rebecca Brooks.
I decided to put these two books together in a review, despite how different they are, because they are backlist ARCs that I received from Entangled Publishing. They are both romance, though two completely different types.
I will be reviewing them separately in below, but since I’m trying to catch up on ARCs, I’m combining some reviews into one post that way I can actually post reviews on here for the ARCs I’ve gotten.
The first book’s “order now” link is through BookShop and my local bookstore, Golden Bee Bookshop. The second is through Amazon because I couldn’t find it on BookShop, though the first three books in that series are on there.
Let’s get right into this starting with Always a Bridesmaid by Cindi Madsen.
Good morning everyone! Today I was going to share some of my favorite screenshots from Animal Crossing, but I decided to not do that since I just shared some yesterday and because I really don’t want to get on my computer right now (I’m writing this on my iPad).
So I was looking around my living room and I saw my stack of volumes of My Hero Academia that I have left to read. And I decided to share my favorite characters from the manga!
This is going to be limited to just the students in class 1A, though. I will do one for heroes, villains, and overall everyone if you would like! Just let me know a category of characters you’d like to know my favorites (or even least favorites) of and I can always do that!
But, that all being said, let’s just get into this. Remember that this will all be spoiler free, so even if you haven’t read the series or watched the anime, you’ll be fine. I’m not even done with it yet!
Good morning everyone! I meant to have this going up yesterday, but I haven’t been doing great lately, mentally. I’m trying to get better. It’s getting there. I’m having a bit more motivation now, which is a good sign.
So, since I didn’t get the chance to post this yesterday, I’m going to end up posting two things today. But first is this.
I’ll be taking a look back at the post I had go up last week called TBR Highs and Lows. I’ll be letting you all know what I’m keeping on my TBR and what I’m going to be getting rid of.
Along with that, I made some changed to how I’m setting up my TBRs every month. I have a general “formula” I go by and I’m going to be making a change to it.
Good morning everyone! Sorry I didn’t post over the weekend. I was really sick all last week and then was so tired Thursday, I didn’t even go into work. So I allowed myself a bit of a break and relaxed all weekend and just read.
So, you’d think that this weekly wrap up would be a bit better. But it’s not. And that’s okay.
This will be for last week (March 2- 8) which was week 10 and this week (March 9-15) which is week 11. Let’s just get into it!
Happy book birthday to the amazing Tricia Levenseller! The Shadows Between Us is now officially out and I’m very impatiently waiting for my copy to come in as we speak.
I was so lucky and won an ARC (advanced review/readers copy) of this book in a GoodReads giveaway. Let me tell you, as my highest anticipated read of the year, I was trying every which way to get my hands on an early copy of this book. I literally screeched when I got the email saying I won it!
My husband is obviously on my Amazon, so he asked me earlier today, “we’re getting something in the mail today?” I looked down at The Shadows Between Us which I was reading at the time and told him, “yeah. This.”
“So you’ll have two copies of it?” “Yes. And I have no shame.” Then I proceeded to go back to reading.
That all being said, let’s get into this review for my highest anticipated book of the year and the book that made me forget about all other releases coming out this year!
Hump Day!!! It’s Wednesday and if you follow a lot of book blogs, then you know for most of them, it’s WWW Wednesday. I decided that I wanted to do this every once in a while to help keep you all up to date with my reading. But I also decided to do weekly wrap ups and TBRs so…
Sorry if this post is a bit repetitive. This is more focused than those, though. Since I already gave my thoughts on my last read, I won’t be sharing those. I’ll just link to my post. But the rest I’ll share!
Good morning everyone. Today’s going to be a super quick and easy post.
I’m going to be sharing with you all my favorite photos that I posted in January. Then I’ll be showing you the ones that got the most interactions and the ones with the most likes, if they are different.
What I want to see most is interaction. I always ask a question on my posts so make sure you’re answering them!
Also, really quick, I’m going o be doing a revamp on my website. I’m going to be taking a look at how it’s currently set up and maybe change a little or change the entire theme. We’ll see.
While I didn’t post everyday of January, I did end up posting 28 photos. I did very well and I’m happy with what I put out.
For likes, it was the same three, but the order changed, putting Harley first.
The information on this may be a bit wrong because of the fact the earlier photos of the month got more views generally.
But that’s really it. I wanted to see how my favorites compared to the stats.
Comment with what picture of these six is your favorite!
Well, good morning everyone! I hope you all have had a wonderful week and now we are looking forward to the weekend!
Today I’m going to discuss my TBR for Readathin. Now, I ended up filming the video for my TBR a few days ago and I’ve finished some of these books already, so you’ll be hearing about them in my wrap up.
So make sure you check out my wrap up when that comes out to see what books I read in January from this list.
So I didn’t post the video, but I decided to change how I’m doing my TBRs. I’m going to go through my new setup, and then go through the Readathin challenges and show you what books I’ve chosen for those! Just be warned, there are a ton of books.
So that’s it! If you want to see how these books I mentioned fit into each challenge for Readathin, then go check out my video. Also, don’t forget to comment on either the video or this post letting me know what you plan on reading!
Thanks so much for joining me and I’ll see you all in the next one! Bye!
